Me & my team went to join company meeting with lunch buffet.. Writing this after my full-day experience all I can say is that it completely worth it. Conference room equipped all modern facilities ex: projectors, great soundproofing systems, warm lighting… Our event ran smoothly, thanks to efficient service and super careful preparation.
Buffet lunch was a delight! Menus are crafted to combine local flavors (ex: Vietnamese fresh spring rolls) and foreign tastes (Sushi bar, Angus Beef, carving station…), using fresh ingredients. Staff always ensured that all station was well-maitained.
The cleanliness standards from the lobby to the rooms are consistently high! Customer service went above! They are exceptional professional from the BQ supporter, bell door man taking photo for us, to the attention to little details of tea-break, meeting facilities, welcome signage. Super well-trained. Extremely helpful. They were attentive, friendly and always eager to assist. Every people cross you put a smile on their face always!
I’m sure that this hotel is the most ultimate luxury stay in Vinh Phuc province. With a warm & welcoming ambiance!

We needed to go out to the countryside and get a little of the local flavor and the Crowne plaza was a good base camp. Though we only stayed for one night,
We had a lovely suite that had a good office and living room area, huge bathroom with all the important amenities.
They greet you at street level out of the taxi by name which is indicative of the Vietnam hospitality nature to complete the guest experience with a personal touch.

“My” was the guest relations manager and could not have done a better job to handle everything from our arrival orientation to recommended salons and handled our shipping of Hanoi shopping effortlessly. She could not have made a better impression and the staff around her followed suit.

Though we likely would not return again it has nothing to do with the hotel but the fact this is a business-minded city for manufacturing but it served its purpose and us getting out for one night from the beaten path.

Just another great extension of the Vietnamese hospitality experience. Once again, it’s all about the people.

Great hotel with amazing service & Spa

This Crowne Plaza is only an hour away from Hanoi and was great for a change of pace from the busy streets of Hanoi. The rooms are brilliant, modern, amazing bathrooms and a good size. I thought the service was even at an Intercontinental hotel standard more than a Crowne Plaza hotel. All staff were exceptional, warm and welcoming, especially, Mr. Viet and Mr. Lam in Front Office. Had a spa treatment at Amber Spa, which was excellent and great value. There is a shopping centre located opposite and if you take a taxi for about 7 minutes there is a huge shopping centre which was great. Delicious breakfast and lunch in HOP Kitchen. Overall, this is a great hotel, and I will certainly return for a longer stay. Thank you Crowne Plaza Vinh Yen City!

I knew it was the best decision for a workcation long stay at Crowne Plaza Vinh Yen. New property, aesthetic – clean & modern interior, oversized rooms and suites. Amazing, if not stellar service!!!!

Throughout my 3 weeks stay, every single day, I cant help but admire how amazing this property is, it’s simply stunning and comfortable. Perfect for short to long stays. considering the rate, everything we get as a guest, is really beyond what we pay for.

Service :
From Pre-Arrival communication, Ms My, the executive lounge manager, was anticipating my stay, and asked about my estimated arrival time and preferences. And responded in such a friendly, natural, not robotic and professional way. Which made me feel that I will be well taken care of.

When I arrived at the lobby, the Chief Concierge ( I didnt get his name, but I assume he was the most senior one ) I will never forget his genuine smile and bright eyes when he saw me arrive, he addressed me by name and escort me to the executive lounge. All my luggages settled, I have nothing to worry about!

When I arrived at the 22nd Floor, Executive Lounge, I was welcomed by Ms My, The duty manager & Exec.Lounge manager, and every single club attendant. They were there anticipating my arrival, and welcomed me with the brightest smiles, everyone was there during my check in process. It was done very comfortably, relax in the sofa, while they serve me my choice of drink. Ms My, shared about the hotel facilities and more information about Vinh Yen City, as well as Hanoi. She then escort me to my Suite and explained all the beautiful features, with every single pre arrival requests accomodated. Everything was perfect! All my packages that arrived before me was neatly placed in my Suite!

My 1 bedroom suite was spacious, clean, aesthetic, comfortable, with 2 smart TVs and 2 bathrooms. I cant ask for more.

Ms My shared her whatsapp number so that she can better assist me any time during my stay. She responded to every request within seconds, if not minutes! Even when shes off duty! Her dedication to work and guest satisfaction is truly hard to beat. She helped me coordinate with the airline to retrieve my left luggages as soon as possible. No request seems too big, she never take ‘no’ as an answer, she will do whatever she can. I arrived at the hotel without check in luggages because it was left in singapore due to airlines’ fault. I have several essentials which I asked the hotel to purchase. Ms My, insist on personally shopping the list of items herself! I was bloody worried as she was 7 months pregnant! Still so active and passionate, I’m so touched. I have several requests during the stay, in regards to my car charter, packages, business services – and it was all handled very efficiently, and professionally. I feel as if Ms My is always at my disposal, anytime i needed support. I remember how she asked kitchen to prepare ginger honey tea for me, when she knew I had sore throat. And she even told all club team to take care of me and continuosly arrange kitchen to prep it for me. And yes, every single day, every staff who interacted with me, asked me about how I’m feeling. I feel truly at home and very valued! One day, I asked a club staff to make a reservation at hotel’s nail lounge, which is not opened yet, somehow Ms My knew about my interest in doing my nails, she offered to ACCOMPANY me to a trusted nail salon, as she knows as a female solo traveller, I dont feel comfortable going out alone. She then arranged taxi and accompany me to the salon during her day off! Yes her day off. I cant thank her enough for her love, care and support. Which is BEYOND her job desk. She dont have to, but she always WANT TO, deliver, go above and beyond! She also always kept me updated with everything going on in the hotel, like F&B offerings. It’s amazing that she is also fluent in Chinese & Korean, she is SUPER!

Service at Club Lounge is amazing. Each and every single attendant is truly sincere and genuine. They speak fluent english and recognise your preferences in a flash.

Ms Quyen, is the most professional, efficient, intelligent and knowledgeable staff I encoutered during my stay. Her attention to details and high initiative is her greatest strength. I had a great time chatting with her about hospitality and Vietnam in general. I’m always in awe with her care and thoughtfulness. Also Such a pleasant person to talk with.

Ms Tam, is the sweetest and brightest one here. Everytime she sees me, she smiles so bright and big, her eyes sparkle. Her enthusiasm is hard to beat.

Ms Ngoc Nhu – her willingness to learn is truly admirable. I’m so glad to know her and to have conversed with her many times. She’s truly genuine and has a big potential. She speaks very fluent english and is always all smiles.

Ms Quynh – is very friendly and professional, she’s the one who did my check in formalities, very efficient and knowledgeable and everything is done effortlessly!

The hotel driver is also very thoughtful and kind! He replied my message within seconds and waited for me in a recognisable store in the mall, worried that i might not be sure of the lobby directions, he even took a video of directions to the lobby. When he saw me, he immediately run and helped me carry all my shopping bags!! He always replied my messages in english!

To everyone at Hop Kitchen and Bar – thank you for always welcoming me with a smile, addressing me by name and learned about my drink preferences! Theyre so sweet and genuine! I cant forget how one of the sweet attendant prepared takeaway capuccino for me as a second serving!

Housekeeping team was so friendly, and I was so satisfied with all the cleaning throughout my 3 weeks stay. They are so thoughtful and considerate, they learned about my preferences.

A day before my departure, Ms My came to the hotel during her day off and along with club lounge team prepared a sweet surprise for me. A gigantic flower bouquet! Hand written card and a Crowne Plaza Bear, along with my favourite Cake – passionfruit cheesecake. I was so touched. ♥️ and So grateful to have met and know every single one of them.

What a sweet 3 weeks stay. Everything was anticipated, and I was always well looked after. ♥️ All of you made it difficult for me to leave this peaceful and warm city. 🫶🏻🥹

All staff is very kind, friendly: Ms Huyen with a lot of others in here at Hop Restaurant, room is clean. Lobby and HOP Restaurant is clean with the nice food. Latte Coffee is very good. I would like to say thank you every one at CPVP. Hope to come back here again.

I always love staying at Crowne Plaza Vinh Yen, I think it’s the best CP in Asia. the staff and all outstandingly welcoming, friendly and professional and make you feel instantly at home and totally relaxed. The rooms are amazing, super modern, supremely comfortable and offer brilliant value for money. Amazing ! bathrooms with natural light. The food is all delicious and the spa treatments and rooms are so calming. Total Zen. If you are travelling to Hanoi, I totally recommend taking a short detour to experience this great hotel for a few nights!
