사파이어 그랜드 볼룸은 빈옌시에서 최대 규모의 기둥 없는 대연회장(900㎡)으로, 가장 높은 층고(7.8m)와 361인치 LED 스크린(4.5 x 8m), 드롭다운 프로젝터 2대, 최첨단 AV 시스템을 갖추고 있습니다. 이 대연회장은 최대 1100명의 인원을 여유 있게 수용할 수 있으며 사파이어 1, 사파이어 2, 사파이어 3 등 세 구역으로 분할하여 사용할 수 있습니다.
제이드
제이드는 소규모 회의실(58㎡)로서, 157인치 LED 스크린(1.9 x 3.5m)과 최첨단 AV 시스템을 갖추고 있습니다. 최대 인원이 70명에 이르는 이벤트에 적합합니다. 제이드는 루비와 연결하여 좀 더 넓은 회의 공간으로 사용할 수 있으며 이때 참석 인원 140명까지 수용 가능합니다.
루비
루비는 빌트인 프로젝터와 최첨단 AV 시스템을 갖춘 소규모 회의실(58㎡)로서, 최대 인원이 70명에 이르는 이벤트에 적합합니다. 루비는 제이드와 연결하여 좀 더 넓은 회의 공간으로 사용할 수 있으며 이때 참석 인원 140명까지 수용 가능합니다.

그랜드 볼룸 포이어는 면적이 넓고(263㎡) 채광이 매우 좋습니다. 최대 300명을 수용할 수 있어 칵테일을 준비해 놓거나 등록 창구 또는 뷔페 스테이션, 제품 진열 등 여러 다양한 이벤트 목적으로 유연하게 사용하실 수 있습니다.

Great Hotel, super staff.
A very modern and clean hotel in Vinh Yen, close to Hanoi. We booked here to be closer to airport for an early flight out and it could not have been a better choice. We stopped two nights and explored the local area and a mountain monastery which is about 40 minutes away by taxi. Food in both the restaurant and top floor bar were excellent which I would recommend for the outside roof top area and views. All the staff from first check in right through to the early morning check out were superb, nothing was too much trouble to ensure we were taken care of. The rooms we had were very spacious, well specified and the bed was so comfortable. Would have no hesitation staying here again.

Wonderful stay and the best service
I stayed in many properties but this one is different, polite and helpful staff kind people and great service . Restaurant meals are delicious ans such a good options they have, the view is super cool. I highly recommend this property. If you wanna get out of a busy and noise city like Hanoi ans stay in calm and peaceful city like Vinh Yen. I’m sure You would love it. Especially the rooms are wide spacious and spotless.

Great room design, layout and facilities
I found this Hotel with nice room design and layout! Very open space design, sliding door to separate toilet and living room! Sofa and coffee table perfectly sitting in front of big window to view outside view! Electric curtain also adds convenience in making privacy with just a press of button! One of my best hotel I’d ever experienced in Vietnam!

Amazing stay
Exceptional service in every way!
The room is extremely clean and modern, their facilities are also nice and the staff are very kind and helpful.
The manager of the spa and fitness gave us a nice tour of the facility. We also had a massage at the spa and the spa supervisor Huong did an amazing job and we really enjoyed the relaxing time.
Their breakfast has many selections, both western and asian options too.

Amazing Trip at Crowne Plaza Vĩnh Yên
Nice room, good view, warm welcome and wonderful staffs that what I’ve recieved from Crowne Plaza Vinh Yen in two days 26 – 28 Feb, 2023. From the begining, I thought that it was just a pre opening hotel, some how you would have mistakes but everthing was amazing & professional. I would like to give a big thanks to your team to give me a memorable biz trip at Vinh Yen. Especially, thank you to Ms. My, Mr. Tung, Mr. Duong – FO team, Ms. Phuong – BQ team, restaurant & HK team, you’re work very hard to make everything is perfect. I’m really appreciate that and hope to see your team in the near future.

지난 3월 3일 크라운 플라자 호텔에서 멋진 밤을 보냈습니다. 힘든 하루 일과 후 휴식을 취할 수 있는 좋은 목적지입니다. 이 방은 모든 것이 매우 깨끗하고, 모든 편의시설이 잘 갖춰져 있으며, 내가 도착하기 전에 직원이 세심하게 정리했다.
나는 당신이 나와 한국어를 잘 할 수 있는 방의 Mr. Hai에게 감사하고 내가 호텔에 머무는 동안 나를 도와주었다.

I had a great night of experience at the Crwone Plaza Hotel on March 3. It’s a great destination to rest and relax after hard work. The room here was very clean, fully furnished and well organized by the staff before I arrived.
I feel very happy and grateful Mr. Hai the room department you can speak Korean to me very well and helped me during my stay at the hotel
I’ll definitely come back with my family next time if I have a chance.

New hotel with BIG rooms.
The hotel is really brand new. Just opened 2 months when i visited. Its takes around 30 mins to reach the hotel from the airport. The room is very very very big comparing all the hotels i visited around the world 😂 So you dont have too worry about space. Location wise its located in a town called Vinh Yen which isn’t a central city like Hanoi, so its very quiet especially at night.
On the bring sight, the hotel has all the amenities that you will find. Starting with big pool , fitness , sauna , spa and restaurants, so you dont need to go out at all from the hotel 😄
The staff’s are all very friendly. I got greeted by each staff’s during my stay as there are only few guest in the hotel 😅. Given it’s a new hotel, I did not find any problems or anything lacking. Kudos to all the staff’s in the hotel , they must had gone thru intense training to make the hotel good and us guest feel pleasant.
