Amazing stay

Exceptional service in every way!

The room is extremely clean and modern, their facilities are also nice and the staff are very kind and helpful.

The manager of the spa and fitness gave us a nice tour of the facility. We also had a massage at the spa and the spa supervisor Huong did an amazing job and we really enjoyed the relaxing time.

Their breakfast has many selections, both western and asian options too.

ホテルのスタッフさん方は、みなさん優しく丁寧でした。スパや他施設を案内してくれたり、観光のおすすめを教えてくれたり、快適なステイでした！

Good stay at Hanoi new hotel

The hotel is brand new. Staff very friendly. The Amber Spa is has very good therapists and the ambience if the rooms are relaxing and super spacious.
The restaurant is serving good food. Many local and international choices

New hotel with BIG rooms.

The hotel is really brand new. Just opened 2 months when i visited. Its takes around 30 mins to reach the hotel from the airport. The room is very very very big comparing all the hotels i visited around the world 😂 So you dont have too worry about space. Location wise its located in a town called Vinh Yen which isn’t a central city like Hanoi, so its very quiet especially at night.

On the bring sight, the hotel has all the amenities that you will find. Starting with big pool , fitness , sauna , spa and restaurants, so you dont need to go out at all from the hotel 😄

The staff’s are all very friendly. I got greeted by each staff’s during my stay as there are only few guest in the hotel 😅. Given it’s a new hotel, I did not find any problems or anything lacking. Kudos to all the staff’s in the hotel , they must had gone thru intense training to make the hotel good and us guest feel pleasant.
